Report: Asante Not An Option For Lions
It has been reported that the Eagles and Lions were discussing a trade involving Asante Samuel last offseason.
Reports indicate that the cornerback is no longer a fit for Detroit.
A league source said that there was "not a chance" that the Lions would continue to pursue Samuel.
Source: Samuel Could Be Dealt To Titans Within Days
The Eagles could trade Asante Samuel to the Titans within the next few days for a conditional third-round pick, according to a source.
It was initially reported on Wednesday that Tennessee had some interest in the veteran cornerback.
Samuel carries a $10.5 million cap figure for 2012.
Rams Have Fielded Calls About Bradford
Jeff Fisher admitted on Wednesday that multiple teams have called the Rams about Sam Bradford.
The quarterback will be entering his third season as the team's starter this fall.
Fisher didn't mention any of the interested teams, but Bradford has a connection with Browns coach Pat Shurmur, who served as the St. Louis offensive coordinator in 2010.

Report: Eagles Trying To Trade Samuel
The Eagles will try to trade Asante Samuel before next month's NFL Draft, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Samuel, 31, is set to make $8.4 million in base salary next season with a salary cap hit of $9.5 million as part of the contract he signed in 2008.
Philadelphia general manager Howie Roseman said in February that the team will listen to teams interested in a Samuel deal, and the team admitted it tried to deal the cornerback last offseason.
Tebow Trade Hits Snag Over Contract Language
The Jets may not acquire Tim Tebow from the Broncos after all.
The trade hit a snag on Wednesday, just a few hours after news of the deal surfaced, because of a hang-up in the language in Tebow's contract.
Tebow's contract contains a $6.2 million salary advance, of which $1.2 million already has been paid by Denver, according to sources.
The difference of $5 million is still advanced against his future salary and the burden would shift to the Jets in a trade.
The Jets, sources said, believe the Broncos should owe Tebow that money.
Elway, Fox Contact Tebow About Trade Possibilities
Trade rumors have surged ever since the Broncos landed Peyton Manning and executive John Elway admitted on Tuesday that Tim Tebow is being shopped.
"It is a possibility," Elway said of Tebow's time in Denver ending, "and he knows that's a possibility."
Elway said that he and head coach John Fox called Tebow on Monday night to deliver the news that Manning had taken his job as starting quarterback.
"(We) talked to him about it," Elway said. "This is a tough business. The things he did last year were tremendous."
As many as five teams are reportedly interested in Tebow, but the Jets, Jaguars, Dolphins and Packers have been most often identified.
Dungy: Eagles Have To Consider Tebow
Five teams have reportedly inquired about Tim Tebow since the Broncos added Peyton Manning to their roster.
NBC analyst Tony Dungy believes that the Eagles would be a logical fit for the quarterback.
"Left-handed guy. Same offense. Mobile quarterback," Dungy said. "As much as Mike (Vick) has been hurt, if you're Andy Reid, you probably have to look at it, and think about it."
Clayton Proposes Tebow To Patriots Rumor
The Broncos will look to trade Tim Tebow now that Peyton Manning is on board.
Over the weekend, John Clayton of ESPN reported that the Patriots might make a move for Tebow if Manning lands in Denver.
"Here's an interesting proposition, just a rumor. Let's say you have Manning going to Denver," Clayton said.
"Tim Tebow is probably going to be traded. He's not going to Jacksonville, they've already got Chad Henne. New England. You trade him to New England and groom him to be kind of a role player, and then you trade Ryan Mallett in some way. It's just a rumor."
When he was the head coach of the Broncos, Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels selected Tebow with pick No. 25 in the first round of the 2010 NFL draft.
Denver Now Working To Trade Tebow
Having reached a deal with Peyton Manning, the Broncos will now work to trade Tim Tebow.
Tebow took over Denver's starting quarterback job a few games into the 2011 season and led the team to an 8-8 record and a playoff win against Pittsburgh.
